RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Samuga Style. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

24-HOUR RETURN WINDOW
We accept return requests within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unplayed with, and in its original, unopened packaging.
• All accessories, tags, manuals, and included parts must be present and undamaged.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact Us: Email our support team at contacto@dobermenpremier.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the authorized return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided instructions.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue and the outer packaging.
• After our team reviews and verifies the provided evidence, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES & RESTOCKING
• Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label with tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
• Products with missing parts, opened original packaging, or signs of use.
• Requests submitted after the 24-hour delivery window.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
