SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders for our toys, collectibles, and home goods are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order has officially shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing is complete. Delivery windows may vary slightly depending on your specific location.

3. ADDRESS VERIFICATION & DELIVERED PACKAGES
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a completely accurate and secure delivery address at checkout.

• Samuga Style is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If carrier tracking confirms the package has been marked as "Delivered" to the address provided, Samuga Style is released from liability. We are not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced after the carrier completes delivery.
