### **1. Processing Times**
All orders for our curated pet accessories are processed within **1 to 3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details as soon as your order has officially shipped.

### **2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. To maintain our high quality-control standards and ensure your items arrive safely, our standard delivery window is estimated to take **10 to 12 business days** once processing is complete. Delivery windows may vary slightly depending on your specific location.

### **3. Address Verification & Packages Left at Destination**
It is the buyer's strict responsibility to provide a completely accurate and secure delivery address at checkout.
*   **Wiggly Paws** is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
*   If the carrier tracking confirms the package has been **"Delivered"** to the requested address, **Wiggly Paws** is legally released from all liability. We are not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced from porches, doorsteps, yards, or communal areas after the carrier completes delivery.
