⏰ Punctuality: The customer must be available at the specified address at the scheduled time. Delays over 15 minutes may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

🛠️ Scope of service: Work will be carried out only as specified in the confirmed order. Changes or additional services may have extra costs.

⚠️ Liability limitation: Dobermen Home Services is not responsible for damages caused by defective previous installations, materials not supplied by us, or misuse of the services.

🛡️ Staff safety: If the assigned professional considers that the conditions at the location are unsafe or pose a risk to their integrity, they are not obligated to perform the service. In such cases, the service may be rescheduled or canceled as appropriate.
